About RJ

My name is Ricara, and I am a chartered physiotherapist based in Birmingham. 

Graduating in 2019, I was successful in attaining a junior rotational post. I gained a very specialist acute experience which gave me a good foundation of skills.

The wards I worked on were: medicine, trauma and orthopaedics, elective orthopaedics, stroke, vascular and amputee, intensive care unit and paediatrics. I enjoyed all of my rotations and I am thankful for the valued experience and exposure, however my heart was always leading me to specialise in musculoskeletal pain.

I offer an extensive range of services helping improve movement and function.
